More beach

I might be a little obsessed with taking pictures of Shelby.

It was a good day, because the kids were exhausted.

Beach

This morning was quite rainy and yucky, but this afternoon turned nicer and we got to spend some time on the beach.

There is a sea turtle nest right outside if our boardwalk. Evan is keeping an eye on them.

It was VBS week this week! The kids really enjoyed it and learned a lot!

New bedroom

We have been rearranging rooms. Luke has moved out of the room e shared with Evan, and has moved into the bonus room. We left the computer in the room, but have hung up a room divider to separate the desk from the rest of the room. (The divider isn't hung up in these pictures.) 

Luke is very happy to have his own space to play and relax.

Ice Skating

It may be hot outside, but the boys and I went ice skating today! 

Evan used the blue "walker" most of the time, but by the end, he was scooting along without it!

They had a great time and didn't want to leave. My feet were tired, and they were still going strong!

Sticks and yarn

I picked up some yarn on clearance a few weeks ago, and today, we fond an activity to use it!

Such concentration while winding strips of yarn around a stick. 

Who knew sticks and yarn could make such cool stuff? And, they were all involved and working hard for a solid 45 minutes.

Luke made a bow and arrow.

(Grand) Father's Day

We had Dan's day yesterday, since Dan had to go out of town, so this evening, we got to have Grandad over for dinner. We took some time for some silly pictures, and the kids made Grandad cards.
